By accessing or using Iluy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Iluy is an AI assistant platform that provides access to multiple generative AI models through a unified interface. The Service includes, but is not limited to, AI-powered conversations, content generation, and customizable content filters.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Iluy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at your next billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You acknowledge that AI responses are generated by machine learning models and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iluy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
